The platform is designed to be user-friendly and accessible on both desktop and mobile devices.

Is Aama Cure free to use?

Aama Cure offers both 'Free' and 'Premium' services. The basic features including pregnancy tracking, kids stories, webinar conducted by doctors at no cost. Whereas premium services requires a subscription which includes personalized consultations with certified doctors, direct access to specialists, maternity photoshoots, nutrition and exercise guides.

We also offer discounted plans for low-income families to ensure equitable access to quality maternal healthcare.

How do I create an account?

Creating an account is simple. It takes just a few minutes. 1. Download the Aama Cure app 2. Click on Create an Account link which is right under login with Email button. 3. Now fill up the signup form with your full name, date of birth, gender, email, password and other details. 4. After filling out the form click on the 'Create Account button' 5. After registration, you'll receive a verification email to confirm your account. 6. Click on the confirm button in the email you receive 7. Which redirects you to Aama Cure's website where you have to click on the confirm button again 8. Now, Open the Aama Cure App and login with the email and password you registered.

Is my personal health information secure?

Yes, we take data security very seriously. All personal health information is encrypted using industry-standard protocols. We comply with healthcare data protection regulations and never share your identifiable information with third parties without your explicit consent.

Can I consult with real doctors through Aama Cure?

Yes! Aama Cure connects you with qualified maternal health specialists, including gynecologists, nutritionists, and lactation consultants. You can schedule video consultations, send secure messages, and receive professional medical advice directly through our platform.

What pregnancy stages does Aama Cure support?

Aama Cure provides comprehensive support throughout the entire maternal journey, from pre-conception planning, fertility tracking, through pregnancy, childbirth, and up to 12 months postpartum. We also offer resources for newborn care and maternal mental health.

How can I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account at any time by going to Account Settings > Privacy > Delete Account. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently be removed from our systems within 30 days, except for the certain information, which we are required to retain by law.

Does Aama Cure accept health insurance?

Currently, Aama Cure is working on partnerships with several health insurance providers in Nepal. While direct insurance billing is not yet available, we provide detailed receipts that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Stay tuned for updates on insurance partnerships.
